The
UpStroke Rebuild Program was created from lived experience and is designed to help individuals rebuild confidence, identity, purpose, and meaningful work after adversity.
Because no one is broken.
No one is forgotten.
And no one is finished.
We can rebuild.
About Rebuild
The UpStroke Rebuild Program is being developed as a six-stage framework designed to help people rebuild their lives after stroke, brain injury, cancer, chronic illness, and other disabilities.
While physical rehabilitation is essential, rebuilding a life requires much more than healing the body.
Rebuild focuses on purpose, identity, confidence, relationships, and eventually meaningful work and financial independence.
Built from lived experience, the program is intended to provide hope and practical guidance for people beginning again after adversity.
